For a product request, we ask for your name, email, phone number, state, ZIP code, shipping address, needs and selected products. Advice and contact forms ask for your name, email and message. Please do not submit payment information or sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry.
How information is used
We use this information to respond to your request, discuss suitable equipment and arrange any agreed next steps. Requests are sent to our designated email recipients. The website does not provide a customer account or an online request archive.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile anti-spam verification when enabled. Our configured email provider processes request emails. These providers may process technical information under their own policies. We do not place advertising or analytics tools on this website.
Your browser
The request list stores product identifiers, quantities and item notes in your browser. It remains until you remove it or a product request succeeds. Your name, email, phone and shipping address are not written to persistent browser storage by this website. Avoid including personal information in item notes.
Retention and questions
Request details are retained in the receiving mailboxes according to the business email retention practices. Hosting and email providers may keep technical logs under their policies. To ask about your information or request its deletion, contact info@vbeem.com. Some information may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
